Kimberley Reyes & Co is a team of women virtual assistants on a mission to help women entrepreneurs grow their businesses through top notch virtual assistant services. We are based in the Philippines, but we work with entrepreneurs from all over the world and from different industries.

Kimberley Reyes, Founder & CEO

Kimberley is a degree holder in AB European Studies – International Relations Track with Minor in Hispanic Studies from Ateneo de Manila University with experience in destination marketing with the Philippine Department of Tourism in London, UK.
 
Since starting Kimberley & Co, She has had 10+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working with entrepreneurs in growing their businesses. She is a proactive problem solver that takes a hands-on approach in every work request she receives. She is also a helper by nature and is very passionate with the work she does. She treats her clients’ businesses like her own because she finds joy in seeing their businesses grow and knowing she is part of that growth.
 
She is knowledgeable in many platforms, software, etc. so clients do not need to spend too much time training her. Just drop all the information she needs to get things done and she will go ahead and find a solution for you.

Nichole Aligaen, Virtual Assistant

Nichole is a degree holder in AB European Studies – International Relations Track with a Minor in Education and Minor in Japanese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University. She taught in preschool for 5 years and had 2 years of experience as an Early Education Department Coordinator. She is also an artist by passion and does little exhibits from time to time.
 
She has been working with Kimberley for close to 2 years as a Virtual Assistant and she continues to learn through the whole process. She likes to work systematically and as efficiently as possible under Kimberley’s clear and precise instructions when executing different tasks for clients. She also enjoys learning more about clients and their work, and helping them achieve their goals with every task completed for them.

Penny Timbol, Virtual Assistant

Penny is a degree holder in BS Business Administration – Major in Human Resource Management from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde with experience under the Human Resource Department at Aboitiz Equity Ventures. She has also worked with the Learning and Development team where she helped facilitate employee training, as well as the Employee Engagement team where she created and executed programs for employees.
 
She has been working with Kimberley for close to a year now as a Virtual Assistant and finds it easy to work with her because she is very organized and detailed when it comes to task distribution. She also makes sure that clarifications for the tasks are addressed so that they are better understood and accomplished to ensure that there is quality in the work she delivers.
